1. Delivery Verification

We use reputable couriers who provide Proof of Delivery (POD) via GPS tracking and/or photographic evidence. Once the courier has uploaded a photo showing the parcel at your property DOORSTEP or in a designated "Safe Place," the order is legally considered delivered.

2. Safe Place & Redirection

 Providing Delivery Instructions

 Customers have the option to add specific delivery instructions during the Checkout process. These instructions  will be passed directly to our courier partners to assist in the successful delivery of your order.

 Customer-Requested "Safe Places"

 Once a tracking code has been issued by POWERARMS, customers may also use the courier’s official app or web  site to redirect a parcel or request it be left in a specific "Safe Place" (e.g., behind a bin, in a porch, or with a  neighbor).

 Liability Notice: By requesting a "Safe Place" delivery, you assume full responsibility for the security of the  parcel.

 POWERARMS and our couriers cannot be held liable for the theft, loss, or damage of parcels once they have  been delivered to your requested safe location.

 Proof of Delivery (POD)

 If no specific "Safe Place" or redirection instruction is provided, you agree that Proof of Delivery (including GPS t  tracking data and/or courier photographic evidence) shall be accepted as conclusive evidence of a successful  delivery.

 Note: POWERARMS is not liable for the theft of parcels from unsecured doorsteps or communal areas once the  courier has confirmed delivery with photographic proof.

3. Reporting Missing Items

In the rare event that your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the parcel, you must notify us within [e.g., 48 hours]. To process a claim for a missing parcel that has a confirmed delivery photo, we require:

A signed Denial of Receipt (DOR)

A Police Crime Reference Number (if theft is suspected from your doorstep).

4. High-Value Orders

For orders over [e.g., £100], we may automatically apply a "Signature Required" service. We recommend ensuring someone is available to sign for these goods to ensure maximum security.
